The year 2005 uncorks the Filippi family's 83rd Anniversary and finds brothers Joseph 'J.P.' and Gino farming 80+ acres of old vines - Zinfandel, Grenache, Mourvedre, Alicante - and 1996 plantings of Cabernet Franc, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Syrah, Grenache Noir, Petite Sirah and Tannat in the historic Cucamonga Valley. Joseph Filippi Winery Tasting Rooms. Savor premium Southern California wines at Filippi’s winery tasting and sales locations in Ontario-Guasti, Rancho Cucamonga and Fontana (the original ranch/winery). The Filippi Winery Guasti tasting room offers daily wine tastings and winery tours Monday through Saturday, 10 a.m. to 6 p.m., and Sundays from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. For special occasions or meetings, the Guasti winery offers banquet rooms and catering.
